How about we start a Exercise ShoutOu****er Challenge, Protein Challenge, and What Did You Eat Today threads on this forum??? This will help those of us who frequent this board keep up with our Workouts, Water, Food, and Protein intake each day. Also, I think this will help keep us all MOTIVATED to stick to our goal plans... What do you think?! Also anybody can post the challenge on this forum if you happen to come and don't see it posted like I did with Mike's ???'s of the day threads...So how 'bout it??

Ok, lets kick it! I am with ya'll too!
I am not the greatest at keeping track of all my intake but I do really watch what I eat. I really need a kick in the ol booty with the exercise regimin. That is my weak area.
The diet part I have down pat, and the fluid intake, so I am hoping you all will help me "move my body" more!
