Another new to the board
Hiya... Just found this board and am so excited to see other's that are interested in this. I've been lifting off and on since I was 14. Now that I've had this wonderful surgery and am able to move again, I want to get back into it. I just love the way I feel after a workout, I even love being sore.
I'm still battling protein issues at 5 1/2 months out, but getting better with the help of drinks now. Doing cardio every day (taking the seventh day off) and weight training every other day. I actually found a muscle again the other day, what a trip that was.
Just thought I'd say hi, I'm generally more of a lurker unless I have something important to say. Hope the board gets very active and I can learn lots from y'all.
