I want to prepare for wls

My Dr. just started things rolling for my WLS. What can I do to help myself to lose wt and build my body up for surgery?

If you do not have to lose prior, I would suggest light weights lots of reps, and lots of aerobics. As you get closer to goal and gain experience and strenght, you can taylor to grow what areas you would like bigger (muscles that is). If you need to lose prior to surgery, I would suggest walking, lots of walking. 425/399/321/215ish
