Boxflex

Have just purchased a Bowflex - anyone else out there with one? Due to my present anemia (unknown cause at this point) probably will not be using it just yet; however, would like hearing from those who have one and are getting good results. This site is awsome. Hey Sandy, I have "ANEMIA" also and have NO PROBLEMS lifting weights Is this something that was advised of you by your doctor?! Also I have thought about investing in a BOWFLEX machine but opted to join a gym and get a Personal Trainer. This works better for me. Hope you enjoy your machine when you are able to use it Diva Divine
