Squat day I really, really had to force myself to do anything. So talked myself into just doing squats and went from there. 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm Suspended Squats Glute Ham Raises supersetted with seated calf raises That's it! Short and sweet. Have a good weekend. Fair day tomorrow. I smell elephant ears...get in my belly. I'm gonna eat ya!
