Hot hot hot!!!! Lurkers come out! Rushed to get a walk in before the storm**** today. 11:30 am to 1 pm walked 1 hour 30 minute extra workout/non stop supersets and one exercise after another...this is just a fun workout to work on extra things I don't have time or energy to do normally. abs stretching neck grip calves lower back Never quit!
