Squat day 4 pm to 5:30 pm @ Power Shack gym Warmed up by walking, abs and stretching for 15 min Squats Leg Press (on the worse leg press ever made) Romanian Deadlifts Glute Ham Raises Smith machine standing calf raises seated calf raises I'll be sore tomorrow. Have a good weekend.
