Power cleans
Deadlifts
1 Arm DB Rows
Long Pulley Rows
Pulldowns
Icarian Rear Delt Machine
Diesel Shrugs superset with DB Shrugs
Decline Situp/twists
4 pm to 6 pm Die in the pool
