Noon to 12:45 pm Walk outside 45 min, just to wake up and get some sun 1:25 pm to 2 pm @ home Incline Press Incline Discus Flyes 50# wt 1 arm presses Soak in the pool for an hour before heading to work Midnight @ home after work Inverted Rows Volume is kind of low because of the track meet this coming Saturday. I felt a little beat up and tired last Saturday so backing off more this week. No heavy squats on Thursday like last week. I just didn't recover enough by Saturday. Train with Purpose.
