Ok...I'm getting ready for 1 last track meet Saturday. So my workout schedule is a little strange even for me.
11:00 am to noon
Abs and stretching @ home for 15 min
Throwing @ park 2 k Discus, 1 k Discus
1:45 pm to 3 pm @ home
Abs and stretching
Power Cleans
Suspended Squats
Glute Ham Raises supersetted with standing calf raises in power rack
hanging Leg raises supersetted with Seated Calf Raises
Grip Work
8 pm @ work gym
walking on treadmill 45 min, up to level 6, 3 mph, 2.25 miles
