TGIF workout

10:30 am to 11 am throwing practice 2 k discus, no shot put today, I need to rest my arm. 11:30 to 12:30 cut the grass (cardio) That's it for me. I have to work tonight, but I'm going to try to get off early so I can get some sleep. I have to get up at 5 am to drive to Dayton for the Meet tomorrow. I am not a morning person. So if you're on the road in Ohio tomorrow morning...avoid the Durango with the plate that says "Lift Big". If my eyes are closed just let me sleep. Train hard...then go home.
