Thursday 11:45 am to 1 pm @ home (hot and humid today ) Abs and stretching for 10 min Power Cleans 1/4 Squat up on toes Speed Bench with mini bands Hanging leg raises grip work 7 pm @ work throw 45 min 2k discus and 16 # shot "Don't expect to have a work ethic of a warrior if you have the attitude of a prima donna."
