What day is it? Oh yeah Wednesday. Weather kind of shot some of my plans today too. Finally got a throwing session in around 6 pm for an hour.
I'll do one last full body training session Thursday, mainly a speed training day, then just throwing and stretching until Saturday. I'm trying to train my body to get up a little earlier the next few days since I have to get up around 5 am Saturday to drive to the meet. I'm not a morning person.
