Tuesday's workout!

HELLO!!!! EVERYONE AWAKE???? I got up and hit the gym at 6 this am....I'm tired now a little would be nice. Anyways thanks to my handi dandy HR monitor I was motovaited to kick some cardio butt!! I did 30 mins of cross training program on the eliptical 30 mins on the arctrainer doing the interval program I kept my HR bwteen 145-160 burned 717 calories Oh ya and some crunches too WOO HOO!!! How's your day going? "Escape is easier then change"

I was up at 6 am too. Took a P@ss and went back to bed. Good job Michelle. Seems like the monitor is really motivating you to kick some cardio butt. Gotta run, pools calling my name.

Just some throwing for me 11 am to noon, just before the rain hit. Rest the rest of the day. "Don't drown, turn around." - Weather CH. (sorry I just thought that was hilarious when I heard it)
