Tuesday's workout!
HELLO!!!! EVERYONE AWAKE???? I got up and hit the gym at 6 this am....I'm tired now a little would be nice.
Anyways thanks to my handi dandy HR monitor I was motovaited to kick some cardio butt!!
I did 30 mins of cross training program on the eliptical
30 mins on the arctrainer doing the interval program
I kept my HR bwteen 145-160 burned 717 calories
Oh ya and some crunches too
