I love my new heart rate monitor! It really helped to keep me going with my cardio and I liked seeing the calories burned. I got mine at Dick's for just under a $100... I have my consultation today at the new gym I joined I am hoping just to get some new ideas for something different to do... Have a good days guys!

Awesome! Gonna have to get one of those; did you notice any difference between this and the monitors on machines you have used. I would think with the specific info you input you would get a more accurate picture. Good luck at the gym

I noticed that I was burning as many calories as the machine said...which kinda sucks. But at least now I am getting my heart rate where it needs to be and I know exactly how many calories I am burning.

That's great. Let me know how it works out. I've never really paid much attention to my calorie's burned or heart rate. Too much to think about. I just want to put my head down and survive.
