I love my new heart rate monitor! It really helped to keep me going with my cardio and I liked seeing the calories burned. I got mine at Dick's for just under a $100...
I have my consultation today at the new gym I joined I am hoping just to get some new ideas for something different to do...

That's great. Let me know how it works out. I've never really paid much attention to my calorie's burned or heart rate. Too much to think about. I just want to put my head down and survive.
