Ok, well I got the pool vaccumed and now I am going to head to the gym I bought myself one of those heart rate monitors....I'm really excited to use it It's funny what can makes us get excited. Gonna do some cardio and maybe weights. Have a good weekend! Michelle

That's what I did yesterday, vacuumed the pool and changed the filter. It's almost a full time job anymore maintaining the pool. Who knew something full of water got so dirty? Have fun with your new Toy. There's a guy at work that wears one all day long...while sitting at his desk...typing. OMG! Earl

Sunday's workouts Noon to 2 pm @ home (hard to get motivated after that wine last night ) walk 20 minutes to wake up and warm up Abs and stretching for 10 minutes 50 # wt swings Suspended Squats Lunges Glute Ham Raises supersetted with seated Calf raises Hanging leg raises supersetted with 1 legged calf raises walked for 30 minutes 8:30 pm to 9:15 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 45 min @ 3mph up to level 7, 2.25 miles "Improve Constantly and Forever" - W. Let me know what you think, I have kicked around getting one. If I ever start doing cardio again it is helpful.
