Friday's workout

Did just cardio today. 10 mins walking, 35 interval on the eliptical, 25 on the arctrainer. How's your day going?

Hey Michelle, Just throwing and cardio for me too. Push found a nice painting in a yard sell on my walk. Love a good yard sale. I looked kinda stupid carrying it down the road but... 11:15 am to noon throwing discus 12:30 to 1 pm walk 30 minutes (and shop) 7:30 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 45 min, up to level 15 up to 4 mph (about 30 seconds then tapered off) Life's too short to be weak. Have a good weekend.
