Friday's workout

Just throwing and cardio for me too. Push found a nice painting in a yard sell on my walk. Love a good yard sale. I looked kinda stupid carrying it down the road but...
11:15 am to noon throwing discus
12:30 to 1 pm walk 30 minutes (and shop)
7:30 pm @ work gym
walk treadmill 45 min, up to level 15 up to 4 mph (about 30 seconds then tapered off)
Life's too short to be weak.
