Hi,
You probably thought I fell off the track. I am house sitting this month so I only get computer time when I drop by my parents house.
Anyways, Joined a new gym this am and I like it. It's all new and huge.
Did an hpur of cardio. 35 interval on the elpitical, 15 mins walking, 10 mins on the recumbent bike...I couldn't decide what I wanted to do so I mixed it up.

11:45 AM to 1 pm @ home
Speed Benching with mini bands
Push Presses
DB Laterals
walked 25 minutes (just to get some sun)
7 pm to 7:40 pm @ work
Standing abs
Wide Grip Pulldowns
1 Arm DB Row
Cable Rear Laterals
Dumbbell Curls Superset with Pushdowns
Be Disciplined.
Do not waiver.
Do not quit.
