OK 11 am to noon @ home stretch and abs for 10 min Suspended incline Close grip bench Incline discus flyes 50 # wt press 1 handed working 1 pm to 10 pm tonight 7 pm to 8pm @ work gym Standing abs Inverted Rows Close Grip Pulldowns Rope Pulls to face walk 20 min on treadmill 3 mph level 6 Have a good holiday everyone.
