Sunday workout
Noon to 12:30 pm
Throwing 2 k discus - sucked. Having a bad day. Too much wine last night.
Work 3 pm to midnight today.
8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym
Just to pump a little blood and stretch out...
As a giant set or circuit...(all light weight, high reps, 4 circuits)
Standing Abs
Leg Press
Calf Press
1 Leg curl
Side bends with 45 # plate
walk 30 min, 3 mph, level 4
Pain is temporary. Pride is forever.
