Finally, a day off work. I was up until 6:30 am so didn't get up until after noon today. Throwing 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm 2 k discus 16# shot - still working on that rotation technique Really had plans to squat today, but saw an opening in the rain window and hit the pool for a couple of hours. No squats today Train...don't strain!

Days off, love em. Just got back from Visalia (Three hours south from my home), good lord 105 and raining, that is just not right. Anyway, I am now a couple weeks into a lay off from lifting, must get back before it becomes a rutt.

You just have to get that first workout in Mike. Just do a short workout, abs and arms, something you like to do to get you kick started.

Come on Mike YOU CAN DO IT!!! Since there is just us three we have to keep each other motovaited! Time to get back on track...I'm still debating about switching gyms...Have a good day guys!!
