Hi Michelle,
Be careful. I've had those lows before and shaking. Usually happens on squat day. My magic fix is a oatmeal cookie sandwich with peanut butter. Best fast carb/fat pick me up I've found.
Don't feel bad about doing nothing. I didn't do anything but lay in the pool for an hour today and hit the movies tonight after work. Just got home around 4 am from a date. This is what I call a slug day. Sometimes you have to listen to your body and just rest.
