Monday workouts 11:15 am to 12:15 pm Throwing 8# ball 2 k discus 1 k discus 16 # Shot - did the rotational technique for the first time "successfully", like riding a bike..you fall, try again...fall, then one day something clicks and you're riding. YAY!!!! You worked out! OK I admit I slacked yesterday..I started my cardio and started shaking real bad. Then my surgeon calls me and says your glucose is way down So I've been bad haven't done much today! I am going to a pilates class though tomarrow.

Hi Michelle, Be careful. I've had those lows before and shaking. Usually happens on squat day. My magic fix is a oatmeal cookie sandwich with peanut butter. Best fast carb/fat pick me up I've found. Don't feel bad about doing nothing. I didn't do anything but lay in the pool for an hour today and hit the movies tonight after work. Just got home around 4 am from a date. This is what I call a slug day. Sometimes you have to listen to your body and just rest. Have a good day. Keep posting.
