11:30 am to 1 pm @ home
abs and stretching
50# wt swings (and a few presses for photos)
1/4 Squats
Glute Ham Raises supersetted with Seated Calf Raises
Hanging Leg Raise Supersetted with 1 legged calf raises
1 pm to 2 pm soaked in the pool (ahhhhhhhhhhhh)
8 pm @ work gym
walked treadmill 45 min, 3 mph level 4 (just to move a little)
Be Disciplined.
Do not waiver.
Do not quit.
