Friday...
Off day for me...just enough to get the blood flowing
slept until noon, it's raining so my throwing got canceled so just slept in.
1:30 to 3 pm
Neck work
Forearm work
walked 45 min
11:15 pm to Midnight @ work gym
walked treadmill 45 min @ 3 mph up to level 10
I live life now. I don't just survive it.
