Monday training 11:15 am to noon Throwing workout, 8# power ball drills and 1k discus 12:45 pm to 2 pm @ home Suspended Incline press worked up to 309 x 1 Incl discus flyes 50# wt 1 arm press DB Laterals DB French press Pushups on handles ********* laid in the pool until 3 pm then off to work, work was pure hell btw 11:30 pm to Mid @ home Just to destress a little 1 arm machine back rows 1 arm DB rows DB Curls Hammer Curls Thick bar wrist curls Decline Situp and twists ********* The Secret: 1. Show up 2. Work Hard 3. Repeat

Hi Michelle, My Ex asked the world's strongest woman, Jill Mills, what her secret to getting stronger was and she looked her straight in the eye and told her "Consistency". I had been telling her that for years buy it never sank in until Jill told her. Just made me laugh. Have a good day. Earl

I learned my lesson the last 2 weeks when it was too cold to swim. I'm jumping in the pool every second I get a chance. I love napping in the pool. and getting some protein in Since I'm too poor to have a hot tub, I use the pump outlet in the pool as my 1 nozzle hot tub.

We are finally in the 100's for every day this week so I will be living in the pool. Is the one jet spa like the thousand fingers massage, when just one finger works you will never sleep on your back again.
