Nice, hot, humid day...Leg day.
11:45 am to 12:50 pm @ home
Abs and stretching for 10 min
50# wt 1 arm swings
Power Cleans
Deadlifts off 1.5" plate
Glute Ham Raises supersetted seated Calf raises
Hanging Leg raises supersetted 1 legged calf raises
Side bends with 90# DB
Lay in the pool for an hour to get some sun and stretch
Work 3 pm to midnight today
7:30 pm to 8:10 pm @ work gym
walk treadmill 40 min, 2.10 miles up to level 8, up to 3.4 mph

Arm swings are with my Amish Horse Anchors. They're just a solid hunk of metal so work well for it. I need to get some pictures of these things. You can use a DB to do the same thing though or a medicine ball with a handle. The extra weight makes you pop your hips to get it up, like a good power clean should do. But it's a hell of a warmup and makes my lungs expand like nothing else.
