11:30 am to 1 pm @ home
walked 20 minutes to wake up and get some sun
Abs
50# wt 1 arm swings
Squat w 2 sets of chains (extra 80 # at the top) worked up to 289 x 5
Good mornings with chains worked up to 199 x 5 Supersetted with seated calf raises w/135#
Hanging Leg Raises supersetted with standing 1 legged calf raises

I did kind of a lazy day at the gym.
30 Mins cardio on the arctrainer...felt like I was climbing a mountain!
Lower body weights and of course abs!
Today I'm heading out to play golf ...never done this before.
I will also head to the gym later today cardio and upper body weights today!
