Tuesday's workout

Tuesday... Cut the grass this morning...what a workout. A hour and a half pushing a lawn mower is probably the best cardio workout I do. I need a nap. 7 pm to 8 pm @ work Threw Discus, discus drills...pretty much sucked. I have no energy today. "Life's too short to be weak." -

I hear ya on the mower, nice to get a sweat going and jump in the pool, if it was warmer than the 70's. Hey Mike. Good workout. I can see the weights moving up from last year. I"m off to workout now. Hopefully, I can get some pool time in this week too. It's getting warmer. Later. Enjoy that vacation.
