Monday's workout
Here's Monday's workouts for me...
11:15 am to noon Throwing
2 k discus - Great day
1 K discus - Awesome
20 # shot sucked
16 # shot sucked some more
Shot just kills my forearm, I can't do it a lot just get 10 throws or so in. Discus was just right on today.
12:30 to 2 pm @ home gym
Incline Press with 2 sets chains added to bar (80# extra at top) worked up to sets of 5 with 155
Incl Discus flyes 35# - 25# Hand turned thumbsup but basically a DB Fly
Weight Swings - 1 handed - 50 wt - (I love these! These are going to be a good conditioner and warm up. My new toys are awesome.)
1 handed press overhead with 50 wt - sets of 3-4 reps, killer on grip and forearm because you have to balance the thing.
DB Laterals 30 # - 15#
Hanging Leg Raises supersetted with close grip pushups on handles
Work 3 pm to midnight
7:15 pm to 8 pm @ work gym
Inverted Rows - 10 sets different grips (basically put smith machine bar up to about 4 feet, lay on ground and do chin ups/rows with bodyweight
walk treadmill 30 min, 3 mph, level 5
