Rain again today, so no throwing. Sucks because I have my first meet next Saturday in Pa.
Noon am to 2 pm @ home
Power Cleans worked up to 201 #
1 arm pressing with my new toy weights (I gotta post some pics of these things)
Squats with 2 sets of chains (extra 80# at the top of lift) worked up to 309#
Good morning with 2 sets of chains worked up to 199# plus chains
Declline situp w/30 pound DB on chest
Sidebends w/ 90# DB
walk 30 min
worked 3 pm to midnight
8:15 pm to 9 pm @ work

1 legged leg curls

walked 30 min, 3.3 mph, level 5

Nice weights, I like to see what "experienced" muscles can do. I still struggle with the heavy weights, more mental than physical for me here. Rain? That does suck!
Walked 9 holes of golf, bike ride later just 2 miles of active rest kind of riding.
9 more holes of golf tomorrow at 5am (On vacation) trying to get as much golf in as humanly possible.

Enjoy the vacation. I could use one myself. I need to learn how to play golf. It looks like fun. My shoulders are so tight I have problems swinging correctly. I have a couple of clubs I swing around every so often, just for the heck of it. I think they used to be my brothers, he used to hit rocks with them. It worked for his baseball swing, not sure about golf though.
Have a good vacation. I'm working everyday this week so I can take the weekend off to compete.
