11:45 am to 1 pm @ home gym
Speed Benching with mini bands
Power Jerks
Push Press
Keg Press
1 Arm DB Laterals
Working 2 pm to 11 pm today
7 pm to 8 pm @ work gym
Wide grip pulldowns
Cybex Narrow Rows
DB Curls superset with Cable French Press
DB Hammer Curls superset with Pushdowns
Walked 20 mins on treadmill, level 6 3.3 mph (just to kill some time)
