11 am to noon throwing practice..in the rain no less...hard core baby
8# power ball
2 k Discus
1 k Discus
3 pm to 4:40 pm @ home gym
Abs and warmup for 20 min
Power cleans
Suspended Front squats
Glute Ham Raises
Hanging Leg Raises
