Thanks Julie! I just can't wait to get this over with and move onto to the next phase. I'm a life time member of Beverly Hills and my nutritionist there is going to help me clean up my act a little between now and June 7th. I'll be able to get rid of the carb cravings, get the extra protien back into my system early and start on the right vitamins---my poor old body won't be so culture shocked! Oh an yesterday I turned 47 years old---3 more until O can be an AARP member---lolo lol lol Judy

Good morning chickie!... I do have some slight skin issues in my arms and legs... mostly arms.. I have noticed since I started weight training and working out ( 6-7 days a week) that the skin issues are NOT as bad. I know that I will have to have brachioplasty on my arms if I ever want them super tight and like they were prior to my weight gain years... but they are much more acceptable NOW than they were prior to my training. I do 3 days of heavy weight training a week PLUS cardio. Every other day is Cardio alone and two of those days are intense INTENSE cardio. My cardio training is either 1 hour or 1 1/2 to 2 hours long... 1 hour when I am lifting that day. One lifting day is Shoulders/legs next one is Chest/back and the third is Bi's/Tri's. I do muscle burnout with mid weights... normally 3 sets of anywhere from 30 to 50 reps. Last night on dumbbell flys alone I did 30 -30 -50... sheeeeee I'm feeling it today but I am seeing a MASSIVE difference ... and I AM under that guidance of a professional trainer/builder... I take supps out the wazooo... vitamins, Muscle Milk, Isopure, you name it. I'm on a schedule and I DO eat every 3 hours..... Hope this helps... Elizabeth~

I have been doing cardio, pilates, and weight training since 6 weeks after my WLS. I work out 4-5x a week. I was considered a light weight...I started at 39 BMI and I have lost 88 lbs!! I just had plastics surgery in March. Everyone has diiferent levels of elasticity of their skin! Mine not so elastic ....I was left with skin on my arms (bat wings) and wrinkling on my tummy (no a huge panni). I wore a size 36D bra...but believe me they were not perky. I also had slight wrinkling of my inner thighs. So I had a BL w/implants ( I am still a 36D but perky ), a brachioplasty, tummy tuck, and mini thigh lift!! Wow, know I feel look like I feel. Funny thing is with my clothes on I look exactly the same....no one has noticed my PS yeah!! So you hopefully you are more fortunate than me!!! ~Summer
