Good morning! I'm so bad at remembering to post here. I'm so sorry. :) It feels like the scale has been slow this month but happy to report a 2 lb loss this morning and 5 lbs his week after 2 weeks of no movement. I'm at 188.3 this week which is my lowest weight in about 25 years. And a total loss of 106 lbs.

HW: 294.6

LW:193.8

TW: 188.3

Finally got to weigh in! Worth the wait i suppose. I'm now half the weight I was when I started this thing! Can you imagine! I remember when I started out and saw people posting about that milestone. I put that number out of my head when I first calculated it, as being too much and too far away to even consider...less than a year later, here we are.

and I squeaked in at exactly 10 pounds lost in the last month. It's an arbitrary goal I set for myself, and I always think each month is the last time I'll meet it!

Not going to lie, while I'm mostly excited to be hitting these goals, there's also a part of me that's getting a little overwhelmed by it all...

LW: 191.8

TW:189.6

goals: next goal is 178, 200 pounds lost. Wut.

Hello,

My struggles was allowing sweets back in. But I've set a weight limit and if I hit it I reign in my eating. As you can see from last week and this week.

Maintenance is such a struggle. I'm having snacking struggles specifically at work, I need to work on better snack choices so right now I'm working on finding better things to bring to work so if I do snack I don't snack horribly.

Goal: Maintain at or below 140...which I say that and I think I would freak out if I hit 140!
