My surgery was on a Monday so I picked that day to weigh. I'm a weekly weigher but some weigh daily and pick a day to record it. It's usually posted on Monday, you can post anytime during the week.

Hi all,

I am on day 5 of two weeks of Opti. I have surgery next Friday, and think some accountability over weighing in and support on what I'm doing well or not would be helpful.

Do you all weigh in on the same day of the week?

Looking to join in. :)

Thanks!!

Hm. You don't actually lose blood vessels with weight loss, you just have a greater density than you did before because they've got less space to exist in.

Well... I'm in surgery mode which means lots and lots of swelling and fluid retention and eating food that makes me feel good instead of that makes me healthy.

HW: 319
LW: 159.6
TW: 162.5

Next goal... still 145 for BMI "normal"

Some day I'll get there. :P My weight has already started to come down since surgery, so I'm not super worried. And, hey, I've got really super awesome looking boobs right now!

Six months. It was pretty fast. But as soon as I started eating my normal large volume, the weight came back.

I also used the grape water enhancer drops. Stronger flavor - may be worth a try.

You only have a few days to go. Soon it will just be a memory and you will be on your way.
