Healthy BMI is my goal also. For me it's 159. So I made my goal 158. I may revise it later. My weight loss has been crawling for a while now, so I don't know how long it will take to get there. As long as it's going in the right direction, I'm good.

morning weekly weighers!

How was everyone's week?

well, I'm officially overweight! And pretty solidly in a size 12. Two things I could never envision pre-op!

My next goal is the top end of a healthy BMI, which for me, is 145. That seems like a long stretch right now, but I haven't come up with any interim goals that spoke to me haha.

I'll just take it 5lbs at time, and see how it goes.

stats:

HW: 378

LW: 177

TW: 173

Goals: 145, healthy BMI

Take care!

I was in the 70's at the time of surgery, no complications.

I'm another whose BMI was over 50 at time of surgery - I'm 3 weeks out, no issues, no complications!

As usual I'm late to the party. I had a jump up last week so my weight went from 179. the week before to 183 on the 23rd. Finally down to 180.1 today. I definitely have a love hate relationship with the scale.

So from my Monday weigh ins:

Lw (Sept 11) 182.1

TW (Sept 18) 179.9

HW 294.6

My next goal is 165 and it's 2-fold- I will be in the overweight category and weigh the same as my hubby.

Have a great weekend.

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!

Congratulations to everyone this week!

I am going to my one month f/u at my centre today (albeit a few days early - I had RNY on Sept 1, so not officially celebrating one month yet!!). It should be a lot of great info - it's a 2-3 hour group session.

TW: 273.5

Goal: figure out how to transition from laxative (I had to go on them last week) to something softer on my body without any pain or backup. I need something to help me "move" for now - but I am not willing to stay with a laxative long term. I am thinking a Restoralax/Probiotic combo but don't know how to transition. So that's going to be my research in the next few days! :)

Wishing everyone a fabulous week!
