I'm on day 5 of a 14 day liquid diet. I was told by the surgeon I saw to download the info of a website and read it carefully. I was also to complete a 14 day liquid diet and then call them for the next step. Anyone had to do this well before they know that they are going to get the surgery?
Anyhow, I'm not finding it as difficult as I thought it would, but also want to make sure that I'm on the right track. I see lots of talk about Optifast. Is that better than say Premiere Protein? I want this so bad that I want to ensure I'm doing everything I need to.
I just wanted to check in to say I'm alive, I just haven't weighed myself since 11/5 - the day before surgery!

Hello,
I was in a car accident last week, my car is driveable, took out the headlight and can't get the passenger door open. I didn't let it cause me to binge eat. Got 120.00 ticket.

I had a rough week last week. I got back on track and back to where I started. But I agree with you on keeping my head in the game. Last year I had just been cleared to eat solid food -- holidays were a breeze. This year will take some fancy footwork, but we can do it.

I wrote out the post this morning, but never hit send. Oops!
Morning weekly weighers!
Back from a great weekend in Syracuse. How was everyone's week?
Weight wise, I had a low point of 164.9, but like I said, I had a great weekend hahha not completely off the rails, and I know it's just fluid. But still. From now until the holidays, I need to keep my head in the game. Last year I was still healing, so I found the holidays surprisingly easy to navigate. This year, is a whole other thing.
