My trip to NYC was fantastic this weekend! I had some issues with my stomach on Saturday, I had a chicken ceasar salad and it just didn't agree with me and I got sick right after eating part of it. Which isn't a big deal, it happens. But I didn't feel great the rest of the day, but I didn't let it bother me and I still continued to have a great time. I didn't need to prepare as much as I did but I'm SO glad I did because it just made me feel better.

ok, I'm bored, decided to experiment & see if I can post a picture, or post period without my original post disappearing into cyberspace which has been happening lately.

I hear ya on wanting to sleep, I feel like a cold is coming on & I'm chilling out on the couch watching reality tv instead of working out & my cat Rusty decided to join me.

Take work slowly, you'll be a little out of it for awhile, but eventually you'll be back in the groove again.

As for me I'm in holding mode, as expected, & as the picture shows, went a little carb crazy on popcorn & I had cookies too, so my calories & carbs were definitely higher than I'd like, but i'm getting them back down again.

I had been in a holding pattern for a few weeks and I finally dropped (yay!). I can't remember the last time I lost 4 pounds in a week, but I'll take it. I have now officially lost 80% of my excess weight and I am thrilled to pieces.

I told the stall demons not to mess with me, they didn't listen. Ugh.

I would rather see my stalls as no loss, rather than this loss/gain cycle my body has seemed to adapt itself to. Grrr!
