Way to keep at it while on an extended plateau. I drop a few then plateau for weeks, generally if I lose once in 4 weeks I am lucky. Great job! I hope wonderland comes sooner than you think

My instructions were similar to this, but no raw veggies/salad until 8 wks. I'm 8 months out and still don't do salad or most raw veggies because my sleeve doesn't like 'em.

My birthday week - woohoo!!!  I was pretty active all week in anticipation of eating out a lot this weekend, so I'm happy with the loss.  Now if I can just keep this up next week with Thanksgiving and many days off.

I wish I could get up at 5 too!  Instead I have to bee up at 4.30 to be in the gym at 5!  So far it's giving me a gym time that I can't push out of the way with "having to run an errand after work" thing.   And..... THANKS!

Great job! You look great! I wish I could get up at 5am & workout, so far sleep trumps working out. LOL It's so exciting to finally see the 2, then the 1, you're doing great!

I think I've hit a stall but you know what?  Don't care!  I feel great, I know I'm eating right and I have a ton of energy.  I've been going to the gym before work (5 am on the treadmill!) AND I joined a ZUMBA class!  I have official stepped out of my fat girl mindset :)   3.5 month and 75# down!  Went from a 4x top to 2x(getting big) 1x.   The after picture is a 1x!   Pants so far went from a 30-32 to ME WEARING A SIZE 24 JEAN TODAY!!!     The holidays don't frighten me.  I have foods I can eat and things to occupy me so I'm good :)   All in all.... I'm just happy !

OK, so I'm down to the last few lbs and they are coming off painfully slow.  LOL  What I'm finding is that I'll hang around a number on the scale for a month and then drop a couple.  I'm pretty much averaging 1 lb a week at this point.  Which, if this pattern continues, will get me to my goal weight by Christmas.  LOL  That's if I can fight the good fight during the holidays with all the deliciousness surrounding me.
