So I've been silent on these forums for a long time, but i'm jumping in now to be more active! I need something to start holding myself more accountable as I've been hitting a lot of stalls lately....and cheating with my food choices lately. :(

These posts worry me when I see them, as I guess it's the surgeon that has told you it's a "sadi ds"?
These are in fact two very different surgeries, but I've heard there may be a few surgeons doing the sadi, and billing insurance for a DS (DS is a known and usually covered surgery, where as the sadi is NOT, and is new and considered experimental as there is NO long ter data on it yet).
DS and sadi or Sips NOT THE SAME SURGERY. PERIOD.
