Hi :) I was hoping you'd start it, since I didn't want to! I am having bowel issues and I've binged in the last few days.. it's 99% likely that the former is the result of the latter. My weight is up due to the combination of the two. I've stopped the binging, so now I just need to get my bowels working the right way again.

HW: 319
LW: 154.2
TW: 155.7

Next goal - still normal BMI at 145.

Hello,

I got my test results of my liver ultrasound, I have a fatty liver and some stones in my gallbladder. Since I'm not having pain, he said he won't do anything.

morning weekly weighers!

i thought I'd have time to post when I got to work yesterday morning, but nope!

How is everyone doing? I've been doing well, but the scale is annoying me. I've never been so "fluctuaty"!

ive been dealing with a 5 pound swing for weeks and weeks now, without really making any headway. I'm accepting that probably means I'm eating maintenance calories, and not in a stall. Time to change things up, and see what happens.

Stats:

HW: 378

LW: 161.1

TW: 161

Goals: well, I did actually meet my goal of under 160 for more than 24 hours. I had two days in a row at 158. But then shot up again!

sooo, let's try for three days this week!? Next goal is 145, normal BMI.

I have been a stranger in these parts.... Sorry ... been in a strange place, kinda a funk. Contemplating life a lot.

Went for a Dexascan this week and turns out everything I've gained is all fat. Oy. Trying to be kind to myself. I love my trainer dearly but he was all freaky about it looking at the paper work... I think he couldn't believe I didn't gain any muscle. It's a victory for me I didn't lose muscle.

Currently 175-ish

Goal +/- 165.

Meeting with a nutrition person next Wednesday from the Gym. I really love the Gym I go to and trust their expertise. Had my metabolism tested as well and that is back to normal after my thyroid crash in September, so that is good news too.

Gwen, I would have given you a shout out, but I knew you had been away....and I was feeling very introverted...which is so not me, but rough times.

OMGosh I love that...more than 24 hours under 160. I feel that way about 170. It has been too long since I've seen the 160's...

Thanks for posting! I think I felt the same about kicking us off for the week.

i had a low weigh in of 158.4, but that lasted a day.... im having the hardest time getting comfortably under 160. I think I need to do an amaw for a week and push through it...

I didn't want to start the post this week, since I don't want to admit to my current weight! Which is a sign that I should own it and get the post going as no one else has. Crazy eating for me over the weekend while visiting my mom so no surprise at all to see the scale go up.

HW: 319
Last week: 153.4
This week: 154.2

Current goal: still BMI normal - 145!

My mom said, "you're not still planning to lose weight, are you?" Yes, yes I am. I really want to stop the "you're fat" printouts when I go to the local Urgent Care place.

Good Morning...

There must be some bug going around, because yesterday every time I tried to eat, I felt sick...nothing worked right with my stomach, and so I reverted to protein shakes, which set okay. Today, I have already had some chicken, so I'm hoping I can eat the rest of the day without getting sick.

I'm wondering if my weekend is what made me feel ill. My brother is the booster club president for the high school wrestling team and I had to help with the kitchen this weekend. I was constantly on my feet Friday and Saturday, even though I was in charge of the cash box. We had issues and I was up and down all day. Went home EXHAUSTED. Also, on Friday night into Saturday, my hubby and I made about 18 quarts of baked beans and fried up 20 lbs of hamburger for bbqs and taco meat. (If I NEVER smell these again, it will be too soon!)

stats:

HW: 340

LW: 253

TW: 87 lbs

Goal: I would be happy anywhere under 200 lbs, but the surgeon's office says I should try for 140 lbs. We will see what happens.
