Awesome job!! Keep it up!!
I have been going to WW and am happy that all of my holiday weight is GONE!! Phew!! I will keep going to WW. I like the meetings. I am going to be 50 in 6 months and want to make sure I stay under my goal weight.

- Goal Weight: 140
- Post-Holiday Weight: 145.6

I have also lost an inch in my hips from all the walking I have been doing (now 35"). I wish I would lose in my waist or my thighs, but it is what it is. Middle age is a *****!!

I was shopping at Maurice's the other night and I bought my first pait of "Regular-Sized" Pants... SO EXCITING.
I bought Sweaters that were a Medium at Ricki's just after Christmas also!
Ooh what a week!
I went off the road in come bad weather and rearranged my face on my steering wheel and Friday night I broke my ankle snowboarding. Will find out soon if it needs surgery or not. Boo! I have already been in contact with my trainer to seek alternative exercises for now. Looks like I am focusing on upper body and abs.
I negotiated my way into an aircast and I will see in two weeks how it is feeling so I can go back to ringette. My skates and goalie pads are supportive enough. Hopefully I can go back to practicing skills on small hill at snowboarding. I am super annoyed, though.
But I lost 2 pounds and inches of my waist (0.5") and hips (0.25") and that's fine by me. I was also going over my weight history in my tools and discovered my lowest weight was 199 not 194, so that is 5 pounds fewer regain that I need to lose before I am back officially on the loser's bench! I am an unbelievable 16 pounds away from that goal I'm very excited. My mother's day goal was wonderland, so My regain WILL be gone by then.

Holding pattern on, but only temporary!
I'm trying to not let the next few pounds be a big deal, but omg it's a huge deal - lol. I don't want it to turn into a thing, mental block or whatever, so I'm trying to ignore it. Somehow, even as I am thinking and typing this, I don't think it's going to work.

I've also noticed the extra attention by men, but as usual I kept thinking something was wrong with me. I kept thinking what are you staring at?, are my clothes disheveled?, do I have a booga hanging out my nose?, is something caught in my teeth? It can feel kinda weird, especially if you've spent most of your time "being invisible". I think eventually you get used to it, don't let it make you feel bad or disloyal. Besides guys usually zoom in on the "boobage" area anyway, its a guy thing.LOL
