Good afternoon everyone. I am new to this forum and I believe that I really need this. I have stopped losing due to bad habits. But I am in the process of correcting these habits. I am 2 years, 2 months post surgery and I never hit my goal. This is my second chance and I do plan on achieving it and maintaining it.

NEW short-term GOALS FOR March 2, 2016 - Loose 10 lbs.
Long-term goal: Reach goal weight of 170 lbs by August 2, 2016.
Hi Lisa! Thanks so much for checking up. I'm 15 days post op. I'm doing well. Still healing a bit and struggling to get in all my water and protein but overall doing well. How exciting that you're about to start your new journey. I wish you nothing but the best! When is the day of your surgery?

Well back in my holding mode, but its all good. I'm glad that the snow for the most part is gone & I can go out bike riding again, even though the temps are gonna drop like a rock in the next few days. Oh well, My stats so far:

As a rape survivor, this has been by far the hardest aspect of being typical weighted. I definitely feel far less safe at 132 lbs than I did at 347. I often feel uneasym unsafe and sometimes outrightly afraid with unwanted male attention. I work hard at overcoming these feelings.

I'm in a stall because I've had a few bad nights in the last week and my carbs were higher than i wanted. Resetting and getting back on track for this week.
