Good morning!! I've been MIA for weeks now busy with life events, family and travel and now time to get serious and work on my goals!!
Sometimes I think 170, woo-hoo!! Girl, you should be happy this weight it's beyond what you though possible a year ago!!! And then I remember what my low of 156 felt like SO GOOD, AMAZING and I know can't give up yet. I will make it to 145 and decide from there where I want to be.
HW - 309
LW - 172.6
TW - 170.6
My goal this week is to get and stay in the 160's
Then, to get and stay in the 150's
Then 145 for normal BMI.

I'm still working on getting off my grief weight/winter weight/I ate all the cheese weight/whatever you want to call it weight. But I'm finally feeling like I'm trending in the right direction again, so that's good.
I had an adjustment of my medication last week which was "fun" since I didn't sleep for three days due to failure to adjust the timing of the medication initially. Oops!

I didn't have a chance to post earlier this week but I did weigh in on Wednesday. I've been sick since then, with a stomach flu, which has been good and bad. Bad, cause I've been sick. Good, cause I'm now in onederland as of this morning. Lol.

Me, not so much. I was 163 everyday Monday - Sunday, then up 3# on Monday -damn crackers...
