Posting super early this time because Daisy woke me up thanks to the thunderstorm so I came to work early so here I am.
Last week saw no movement and this week saw just a pound. I know losing will be slower the further out I get but I only have 4 pounds to my main goal so I really, really want it right now!
Oh - one great thing of the week: I went shopping and bought a ridiculously cute dress that makes me look insanely small. And I bought a pair of pants in single digits. SINGLE DIGITS, WHAT??? I was a 26/28 before so that is insane to me!! I never had fantasies of what size I would be when I had surgery, I was really only thinking about being healthier but to buy a size 8 was kind of crazy. I have no memory of ever buying anything smaller than a 16, ever.

You have gotten a lot of good advice. Weight Loss surgery very well may be the best choice. Go to several seminars. You may eventually need to get the excess stomach skin removed, but you will have much better results if you lose the weight first.

It gets harder to lose every week the smaller you get... Don't stress... it will happen.

Guess I will bring up the rear this week. No loss, no gain. I have my 8 year annual check-up with my surgeon in a few weeks plus I am about to turn 50, so I want to lose a few before that.
I love summer. Lots of doing nothing helps my mental state, but I do tend to graze when I do not stay busy. I have 3 weeks left until I have to go back to school. I need to get things done around the house before I go back.
Here are my stats for the week:
- 5'7" tall, 49 years old, 7.83 years out from RNY
- Highest Weight: 339
- Goal Weight: 140
- Last Week: 140
- This Week: 140
I hope everyone has a great week!!

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS on your cancerversary. NOTHING, BUT NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THAT. And you celebrated and did not see a weight gain. That's wonderful. You have the rest of your life for the weight thingy. God Bless you.
I like the dream goal thing, I think I'm gonna use that next time.
