Beginning weight: 337

LW: 201.6

TW: 200.7

Next goal: 199

So I saw 199 once during the week- but it wasn't on my "home" scale" and of course my home scale doesn't want to play nice. Grrrr. Soon enough I guess.

Last night I had an unusually hard time running; not sure what that was about. It was indoors-- and I hate treadmill running so I guess that was part of it.  Hopefully I'll be right back in my groove when its cool enough to run outside again.

Starting Weight 351

Last week 281.6

This week 279.8

Was on vacation, still lost, I"m excited about that.  I ate salads with protein, took protein shakes and string cheese and small packs of nuts with me.   Ate a few things I wouldn't normally eat(most notably, went to panda express where I normally get sring bean chicken with no rice or noodles - its high in sodium but otherwise a great choice - the menu at the theme park panda was a limited menu - ack!  I ended up with some protein from each kids plate), but made the best choices for the situations I was in.  Feel happy with result.

Over the last month I have not been as diligent about tracking after lunch time.  My goal this month is to track all day everyday.

My first goal was to get under 300, my second goal was to get under 280 (just reached that!)  My next goal is to get under 268.  Next next goal is under 250.  My next exercise goal is to increase the time I'm spending on the eliptical at one time from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.

I responded to you on another forum but I'll share my experience with non surgical weightloss. I've had excellent success in losing some major regain by working the Overeaters anonymous program. I regained 90lbs after my WLS and I'm down almost 70 lbs. I do have the help of my sleeve but 80% of my WL is just the decisions I make about what/how much I put in my mouth. If you'd like more info or to chat about it, feel free to PM me.

Congrats on reaching your goal.

When people tell tell me to stop losing or ask how much smaller I'm planning to get - I just tell them I'll keep losing until I'm a skinny ***** who gets all the attention. That way I can still respond without ignoring them and everyone gets a laugh out of it. I found that a little humor goes a long way when dealing with these kinds of situations.

Decent week last week - lost 1 pound. I'm coming up on 18 months out which is where I consider the magic stopping point for honeymoon phase. And that's just me pulling that from the 12-18 month period a lot of people say so that's not factual or anything lol!

I'm now officially 1 pound below my main goal. That's insanity. Working towards that dream goal and now I'm hearing a lot of - are you sure you want to lose more weight? Um, YES. I'm 174 pounds. In no world is that too skinny. I do not look too skinny I know that! I don't look fat but people COME ON! DH said that to me and I know he's just concerned because I do get obsessive so his comment didn't **** me off but other people I just want to slap.

Beginning weight: 377

LW: 175

TW: 174

Dream goal: 150
