Between Med adjustment and doing CAMAW the 7lbs I was complaining about and a little more is off. I had lost 3 by last week's post and 7 this week- that is crazy but I'll take it....

so I'm pretty much stuck-- been this weight for about a month. I really need to focus on the average weekly weight. My daily weights have been fluctuating big time. I did pin down that I'm taking in about 300-400 calories too much. I'm working it back out 100 calories at a time; so don't expect to see an immediate turnaround.
Exercise is on point, I'm in the size I want to be- so I'm in no rush to take off these last few. I'm doing all the right things-- so I'm just going to ride out this slow wave.

The comment about the boyfriend being happy made me laugh lol. So random that the weight is in your boobs all of a sudden.
Wow, you had a great week! You're doing great. Just keep it going. I had those same doubts but you can definitely do this!

Hey everyone, My name is Mylene and I have been a member since 2009 but have just recently rediscovered the site. I started the WLS journey in January when I attended a seminar. Went through the usual pre-op tests and hoops for the insurance. Had surgery on 6/14/16. My highest was 466 and at 5'8" tall that made my BMI 70.9. This morning I weighed in at 361.4, down 104.6 pounds in just under 5 months and a BMI of 55.0. No great insights just needing support. What does HW, LW, and TW stand for?
