Hi there everyone,
I am starting this process again(long story). Just to sum up this times motive I have recently been diagnosed with pros and endometrial hyperplasia, witch at the moment is pre cancerous.Working on having an officially diagnosis of sleep apnea just had the test done. I have been to multiple doc apt cause I am 30 years old and won't to have kids but with a bmi of over 60 I won't be able to do that.So that is my main goal for doing this is to be able to have kids and to be healthy. So my question is that once you guys have the surgery how do you handle the food once you eat solids again, like using my fitness pal?,I just hope that with all these diagnosis that I won't qualify for this help of the surgery, and I have undoubtedly f***ed myself.
HELP PLZ
Referral-10/30/2018, Orientation-January/30/2019,
Good luck Mute- I know from reading the forums that you're not the only one facing this so be sure to reach out to some of the vets who've been there. I'm sure you will though- if you haven't already. Can I ask how tall you are? I'm not sure what my goal weight should be.

Losing the regain! I got this!
I feel like I ate ALL the food this week. But the scale did not agree with me - I lost 2 pounds! Starting to wonder when it will stop? I'm not concerned because I know it WILL but when? I'm not sure I want to be lower than what I am now - I am exactly thin enough and I really feel like much more would look weird on me. I won't be having surgery to fix the saggy skin except on my arms and I'm not looking to lose more I don't think. But maintenance is tricky for me because I don't want to increase the amount I eat because I'm terrified of gaining.
I'm really confused on how to do this going forward...

Morning everyone!
Well, another week, another tricky scale haha. I should probably do like peach and post my weekly average, which is what I actually track for trending, but I guess I'm a sucker for punishment. I had a low weight of 285, then popped back up. I thought maybe this new trend was because I often don't get my liquids on the weekend, but I was super on it this time.... but I'm not complaining really, just still looking for that magical formula haha I'm far enough under 290 to consider that goal in the bag! Onto 278! Which will be 100 pounds down!
So, next Monday is Boxing Day. I won't be traveling with my scale, so I probably won't weigh in until the 27....yikes! I didn't realize how attached I'd gotten to my daily weigh ins until now!
Hope you all have a great week!

I'm a pre-op but I'm definitely going to start following this thread. ? My BMI is 51 right now. I will find out on Tuesday when I'm having surgery.

Hi!!
hw- 337
lw 192.2
tw 194.2
i average my weekly weight, so while it looks like I gained, really I had an abnormal low last week and a high this week. Basically I'm hanging tough around 193, down from a long stint at 195. 193 is now my new comfort zone- still want to lose but I'm perfectly happy otherwise.
Next goal is an overweight bmi. I've been running outdoors still, I think this weekend I'll need to run inside. Cold and bad weather anticipated.
I ate 50% crap today- but it was planned and I'll carry on as usual tomorrow. I'm more worried about the weather affecting my exercise!
