Good morning everyone- I can truly say I'm back in the game today - of course the number on the scale this morning really helped serve as a wake up call. Regardless, I had today circled as the day that I get back on track.

HW: 294.5

LW: 169.6

TW: 171.4

So that's the number that underscored how badly I need to do this. I also realize more and more that I hve food issues that I really need to deal with. I'm starting with adding back protein shakes, and cutting out carbs. Also working harder at getting enough winter, and started back on my workout program today.
