Morning weekly weighers!
I went into work crazy early yesterday, and never posted. Actually didn't even weigh in yesterday.
I had a funny week, I had this feeling like things were slowing down, and maybe my clinic was right, and this is where I'd end up...which isn't even close to reality...I lost 4 pounds this week, and fit into a size 18 jeans(no stretch!) on the weekend... the mental part of this journey is so strange...I mean, I weigh in nearly every day, so I knew it was going down. I knew my clothes weren't fitting again. But somehow my brain tried to over ride that...I actually had to pull out before photos, because even though I fit in size 18 jeans, I was convinced my legs were the same size as when I wore a stretchy size 32...(obviously, they aren't).
But onward and downward!

I kept an outfit from my beginning days. When i put it on i see how far I've come.

Good idea! I kept some clothes to try, but I've avoided doing it because part of me is worried my old jeans would still fit! Lol time to pull them out and compare!

I still have moments when I look at myself and think that my thighs/hips look no different than when I was 330#s. I usually take the measuring tape and place it around my thigh/waist etc at my starting measurement to get my brain to 'click'. Seeing the empty space between the tape and my leg makes it real.

Thanks peach! And you just reminded me that I did take all my measurements before I even had my first consult... I hid them away incase anyone saw them...now to remember where that was hahaha...
